Bodywork Session
This an intense session that utilizes deep, neuromuscular techniques to release holding patterns in tight, tense, or even old spasms within soft tissue that may be causing ache, pain, compensation patterns, and/or restriction in movement.

Cupping Massage - $100
Cupping massage is based on glass and fire cupping techniques but done with suction cups to draw the soft tissue upwards, separate the layers, and increase circulation. The cups are used along tight and tense areas to break down stagnation, trigger points, and tension held within the tissues. May leave marks.
